Preparation
I took #ae5b02 as foreground color and white for the background
Material foreground: Change into Foreground - background gradient whith these settings

  1. File - New - New Image - transparent checked
  2. Flood fill whith the gradient
  3. Layers - New Raster layer
  4. Selections - Select all
    ...
  5. Open the tube anna.br_paisagem-by-rhigel.pspimage
  6. Edit - Copy and close
    ...
  7. On your working area - Edit - Paste into selection
  8. Selections - Deselect all
  9. Click fast key K on your keyboard and enlarge so that the tube is as large as your canvas
  10. Layers - Merge - merge visible

  12. Selections - Select all

  59. Activate the original layer
    Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind
  60. Layer palette - Opacity 45
  61. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels background color
  62. Selections - Select all
  63. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 50 pixels white
  64. Effects -Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow - same settings
  65. Selections - Deselect all

  66. Activate text tool again whith these settings (do not forget to change the direction)

    on bottom left write 22/11 - 22/12

  68. Layer palette- Convert to raster layer

  70. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels background color
