Install Filters
Extract the mask into your map with Masks
Open the PSP program
Import filters with * in Filter Unlimited 2
Open the tube in your program
Material palette
Foreground color #ded845 and background color #6a6b11

Material foreground: Change into Foreground - background gradient with these settings

1. File - New - New Image - transparent checked
   
2. Flood fill tool - fill with the gradient
3. Layers - Duplicate
4. Effects - Plugins - VM Instant Art - Background 1
   
5. Adjust -Blur - Radial blur
   
6. Layer palette- Opacity 63 and Blend mode Luminance (legacy)
7. Effects - Texture Effects - Fur
   
   ....
8. Layers - New Raster layer
9. Material palette - Foreground gradient- Invert checked
10. Flood fill with the gradient
    ....
11. Layers - Load/save mask - load mask from disk and choose
    
12. Layer palette- Merge - Merge group
13. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance more
14. Effects - 3D Effects -Drop Shadow

15. Selections - Select all
16. Selections - float
17. Selections - defloat

23. Close the original and proceed on the copy

28. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new layer
    Do not move

49. Material palette: #ded845 = foreground color and #6a6b11 = background color
50. Change foreground gradient as follows

53. Flood fill tool - Fill selection with new gradient
